We ask for a 2-month minimum so we have time to test, learn and deliver. If you don't have at least 10 in-person estimates by month 3, we keep working for free until you do. After that, it's month to month with 30 days' notice.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. There's a 2-month minimum so we have enough time to deliver real results. After that, it's month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Never.

What counts toward the guarantee?

Only real in-person estimates: a homeowner who actually meets with you for an estimate. Not clicks, not form fills.

What if it doesn't work?

If you don't have at least 10 in-person estimates by month 3, we keep working for free until you do.

How fast will I be live?

About 1 week. In that week we gather your info, build your landing page, set up your CRM, and film and edit your first ads.

How much should I spend on ads?

We recommend at least $900/month, paid directly to Meta. For example, Innovative Tile & Marble spent $800 in month 2 and closed 9 jobs, about $87 in ad spend per closed job.

What do I keep if I leave?

You keep all the content we created for you, and we send you a file with all of your contacts. The CRM and landing pages are Luzere's systems and stay with us.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes. Santiago works with contractors in English and Spanish.

What areas do you serve?

Naples and Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero and Marco Island.

I'm not a contractor. Can you still help?

Yes. If you sell a service by the job (window tint, wraps, window cleaning, pressure washing, detailing and more), the same system works for you.
